Ovens are available in both electric and gas versions with cast iron sides and base, non-convection.
Gas oven rated at 41,000 BTU standard while the Electric oven is rated at 7400Watts. Standing pilot with thermocouple safety, manual ignition on the gas version. Electric version uses 2 separate thermostats to control top and bottom elements independently. Temperature range for gas oven: 225 to 325C (437 to 617F)
Temperature range for electric oven: 140 to 342C (285 to 650F)
